01AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User/Creator”) and Stint Board (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Stint Board website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

ATTENTION: BY ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

02THE HUMAN-ONLY INTELLECTUAL STANDARD

2.1 Absolute AI Prohibition

Stint Board is a premium marketplace for human critical thinking. You are strictly prohibited from using, referencing, or incorporating any Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the performance of tasks. This includes, but is not limited to: LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), automated paraphrasers (Quillbot), and AI-driven research synthesizers.

2.2 Proof of Origin

The Company reserves the right to request "proof of work" history, including draft versions or browser history, if a task is flagged for AI patterns. Failure to provide evidence of a human workflow will result in immediate task rejection.

2.3 Liquidated Damages

You acknowledge that AI usage damages Stint Board’s brand reputation. In the event of confirmed AI usage, the Company reserves the right to withhold 100% of the pending balance in your account as liquidated damages to offset the cost of client remediation and brand recovery.

03CONFIDENTIALITY & ANTI-EXPOSURE COVENANT

The protection of Client and Platform data is a condition of your continued access.

  • 3.1 Prohibition of Social Media "Clout-Chasing": You shall not record, screenshot, or livestream any part of the Stint Board internal interface. Posting client task details or "earning screenshots" on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or X (Twitter) is a material breach of contract.
  • 3.2 Client Anonymity: You are prohibited from attempting to contact clients outside of the Stint Board ecosystem or utilizing client data to determine their real-world identity.
  • 3.3 Content Lockdown: All work products delivered through the platform are considered "Work for Hire." You waive all moral rights to the content and agree never to upload said content to public repositories (e.g., CourseHero, Github, Scribd).

04FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS & DISBURSEMENTS

4.1 Platform Access Fees

Fees for Basic ($57.99) and Premium ($89.99) tiers are access-based subscriptions. They grant the user the right to participate in the bidding marketplace. These fees do not guarantee employment, task wins, or a specific Return on Investment (ROI).

4.2 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are processed via international gateways and are non-refundable. By purchasing a tier, you waive your right to a "cooling-off" period as digital services are rendered immediately upon payment.

4.3 Currency Conversion

While the platform displays Kes. equivalents for convenience, all internal accounting is handled in USD. Stint Board is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or fees charged by your local bank or mobile money provider (e.g., M-Pesa).

05RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, a partnership, or a joint venture. Creators act as Independent Contractors.

  • You are responsible for all taxes (VAT, Income Tax) due in your local jurisdiction.
  • You provide your own equipment, internet access, and workspace.
  • You have no authority to bind Stint Board to any legal obligations.

06INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Stint Board harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Your breach of the No-AI policy;
  • Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights;
  • Any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Platform with whom you connected via the Site.

07TERM AND TERMINATION

Stint Board reserves the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the site to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms or of any applicable law or regulation.
